Apple Pay and Stripe is Lost Kiosk LLC’s preferred method of payments from all buyers in all countries around the world.

Lost Kiosk LLC package all items carefully and use recycled packaging as much as possible. Packages are sent from the US with USPS or UPS. All ready-to-ship orders are generally sent within 7 business days. The shipping can take up to 14 business days. International shipping is without tracking number and takes from 3 to 4 weeks. For international shipping DHL is available for an additional fee, please email for for information.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.

Lost Kiosk LLC cannot be held responsible if damage or loss occurs after parcel is dropped off at the postal office. Lost Kiosk LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Lost Kiosk LLC ("the Company") reserves the right to cancel or otherwise terminate any orders, even after payment, at will and without cause at Company's sole discretion.

Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, pieces may break, even with normal wear & tear. The pieces are made to be durable, but please use care. Even though the pieces are dishwasher safe (except sculptures), hand washing is recommended for the longevity of your piece.

Because of different monitors and screen resolutions, colors may look different on the screen and in reality. Please note that all items are individually handmade, this means that every item is unique and may have slight variances from the photos.
